# Getting Error message

 * Trying to use it. There is an error message but the window is so small I can’t
   read it. I copied and pasted it.

   to see if you have a past due balance or if the credit card (or other payment
   mechanism) on your account is expired. You can find additional information at

 * Obviously I have no idea what this means. I don’t pay for my account or am not
   aware that I owe anything.
    Do you have any suggestions?
