When trying to add a plugin, I am getting this error. I don’t have Redis on my website. What do I do?
Warning! No socket configured. This object cache will not work without a defined REDIS_SOCKET

That warning is not coming from this plugin.

That’s impossible for me to say, I don’t even know where you see the error message. My best guess would be another Redis WordPress plugin you’re using.

I’m assuming OPs site is on GoDaddy and they’re receiving the following error: “Warning! No socket configured. This object cache will not work without a defined REDIS_SOCKET”

Why? Who knows? I’ll update if I find anything.

Try disabling all other plugins aside from this one and see if the error disappears.

This plugin is not installed on the site. Same as OP.
