 * Our plugin does not “block” any customers.
    Maybe you use a security plugin for
   this?

 * There are no “blocked” messages in our plugin.
    If there is a message which is“
   blocked” it should be coming from another plugin. When does this happen? In all
   cases? Everytime a user uses the plugin? Is it possible to see it on a test-environment
   with test login credentials?
