# Getting error after submitting

 * Hi,
 * We are testing the plugin,
 * The feed works fine and I can see we are connected to Zendesk from the API from
   the WP dashboard and can map the form, we have a user with Admin privileges but
   when submitting the form both for new “user” or “ticket'(we tried both) we are
   getting error {“title”:”Forbidden”,”message”:”You do not have access to this 
   page. Please contact the account owner of this help desk for further help.”}

 * This error is from Zendesk , use zendesk admin account for creating API key
