# Getting error 500

 * I’m getting error 500 on some pages, or some pages load too slowly.
 * I ran a debug and here’s what I got:

 * Anyone has any ideas how this could get resolved? Should I just update my WordPress
   version to the latest one as well as WooCommerce?

 * Hello ryantaborada,
 * It seems to be plugin conflict here. You can disable the Woocommerce plugin and
   the error would go away.
 * Further, I would suggest you install the Health Checkup plugin and the plugin
   will further guide you on what is the cause.
