# Getting double entries

 * Hello.
 * I’m currently using Contact Form to good success, but we have one issue.
    We’re
   using it as a signup for an event we’re doing, which suits it fine!
 * Now this is all in norwegian, but the form is here:

 * The site is running on WordPress 4.3
 * What happens is that if someone does an entry, it enters 2 duplicate entries.
   This also sends two confirmation to the user which can be annoying for them and
   also annoying for us with duplicate entries.
 * What can this come from?

 * Could you please try to setup separate “Thank You” page in the plugin option,
   submit form after that and inform us if this help.
 * Also, do you use other plugins that works with some kind of email notifications?

 * The Thank You page certainly did the trick. The form is now working correctly,
   no more duplicate entries.
 * For your questions:
    – I am using the last plugin, installed it straight via 
   WordPress – We do, the site is setup with MailPoet for newsletter and the webmaster
   of the site gets notifications when people subscribe and so on.

    If it is not critical for you, please use“
   Thank You” page for now. We will check, perhaps this issue can be related to 
   conflict with MailPoet plugin, because both plugins work with emails.

 * OK, currently we resolved this topic. We’ll let you know if we will find cause
   of this issue.
