# Getting cURL Error 7

 * Hi,
 * I am using Facebook Login plugin and I am getting the following error
 * “cURL error 7: Failed to connect to graph.facebook.com port 443: Connection timed
   out”
 * Please help.

 * Could be that facebook is blocking your IP. Sometimes when using shared hosting
   the IP get’s banned because on account doing spam.
    You get that all the time
   or just randomly?
 * As your hosting about that error and ask them why curl is not connecting to facebook.
   They should be able to tell
