Getting Clickable results through Ajax Search

    Hi,I hvae two questions:

    Firstly – Whenever I make a search I get the right results but only as text, and I can’t press on it in order to get to the results page. How can I resolve this?

    Secondly – How can I customize the results pages?

    Firstly – Whenever I make a search I get the right results but only as text, and I can’t press on it in order to get to the results page. How can I resolve this?

    This can be a theme issue used on your site so to confirm it just temporarily use the Twenty Twenty theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s your site theme issue.

    Secondly – How can I customize the results pages?

    The search results page is displayed by the search.php file of the theme that you are using on your site so the plugin doesn’t control how the pages and its text will be displayed on the search results page but your site theme controls it.

    You can customize this developing custom code in the search.php file of your child theme by contacting the theme author.

    Hi Vinod, thank you for the quick reply.
    I just checked the search on the Twenty Twenty theme and the issue is the same.
    I get a text block but can’t click it (jut seperate elements like tags).
    How can I solve this?

    Could you please share the screenshot of the issue so that I can troubleshoot it?

    For screenshots, you can simply provide a link to an image through Google Drive, Dropbox, screencast.com, http://imgur.com/ or other image service. 🙂

    This can also be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except the Ivory Search plugin and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

    Also, could you please share the page URL from your site where it is happening so that I can troubleshoot it?

    Hi,
    this is the URL for the page with the issues –

    The issue persists even when dsiabeling the other plugins.

    I tested it on your shared website and it works fine for me displaying the clickable links as shown in this screenshot https://imgur.com/a/6SE1FEP
