    Thanks for making such a great product , I can’t even think of working without your plugin

    When i am trying to login on sms alert panel i am getting a Curl 28 issue

    thing which i already tried to solve but not able to solve issue

    1. i already increased the PHP memory and Time limit
    2. Checked the firewall and security plugin there is no blockage from there
    3. i had deactivated all the plugin and switch site to the default theme and then activated only SMS alert
    4. Connected Hosting to check Port 80
    5. Connected hosting provider to check any blockage from there end (there is no blockage found from there end , even they checked the curl by execution of the test code and its working fine )
    6. Rollback the plugin version to 3-4 version before
    7. delete the plugin from fttp and database

    i had tried all the above things to solve the issue but not able to get solution from any of them , I am getting that connection timeout issue only on this plugin on my site , please help me out to get solution of this problem as this plugin is very much important for my website

    share us the response of your hosting provider.

    As you have already seen and confirmed it is working on your previous server/hosting.

    But a normal curl request from your server to our API is failing/not going through.

    This clearly indicated either the ports or certain IP, or outgoing request are getting blocked.

    Thanks for your reply hosting provider is saying everything is fine from there end they even inserted test C url but it’s now showing anything from there end

    They asked from you if there is any specific PHP file which is required by plugin to get access of if any blockage there they can check that

    Earlier you replied on our email “This particular curl shows error” when we asked you to run CURL command on your server directly.

    Now you are saying its not showing any error.

    Did you / hosting provider made any change? If not how the error is not displayed now?

    Once again i request you to call us on our support number directly, in case you need any more details from our end.

    I am saying that I am getting Curl Error 28 when I used sms alert plugin

    When hosting provider running the Curl test command they are not getting any error on curl that mean curl function is working perfectly on the server

    I mean to say hosting provider is saying that every port, every reset api is working from there end

    But they ask is there any specific php file, port or ip which your plugin need to get access then they will check that individually also

    The command which you give showing error
    Your executive shared api key and command I used that only
    The error was ” Invalid api key ”
