Support » Plugin: WP Fastest Cache » Getting blank page when cache system is enabled

  • Hi,

I am trying to add your plugin to my website. I integrated it with Cloudflare, clicked the options and saved it but found out that all the pages returns as white (blank). Then, I started to uncheck the options and found out that when I disable the cache system, the pages starts to show the content. Can you please help me on this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi, Please disable the other optimization plugins and clear all cache.

    Emre,

I am also using Autoptimize and when I disable either WPFC or Autoptimize, the other one is working. As I understand, these two plugins are not compatible with each other. The reason to use both of them together is to get better load time. For your information, minification is also disabled in Autoptimize. Can you please confirm that these plugins are not compatible with each other or should I change any other settings so they can work together?

actually they are compatible but you may get such error.

Also check your Cloudflare settings (Minify HTML, CSS, JS, Rocket Loader). If you’re using WPFC for it, then disable in Cloudflare. Rocket Loader seems to cause the most problems.

    My current setup (still testing):

Cloudflare: Minify CSS + JavaScript. Rocket Loader disabled.
    WPFC: Minify HTML. Gzip enabled.

@cannibal6 Thanks for the reply. My settings were same as you mentioned. After troubleshooting, I found out that the reason for white/blank page was “Inline and Defer CSS?” option from Autoptimize. When I disabled it, the problem was solved.

@arazsalahli I haven’t used Autoptimize, but similar plugins can act that way. Any time you let a plugin automatically change CSS or JS there could be conflicts. Just continue testing, make small changes each time and remember what you did.

Sometimes it’s not as obvious as a blank page… I’m still trying to understand why ajax search gets broken by some settings.
