HTTP error on upload with all but the smallest files. I’m using a Mac with Snow Leopard, and WordPress 3.6. I have added an HTaccess file as has been suggested in previous posts, but with no success. I have disabled all plugins. This seems a very common problem that has been reccurring for years, so surely it’s time for a once and for all fix? Can anyone help, PLEASE. Yes, I know it was too general a question for this post, I was getting a bit desperate, sorry! Fact it I don’t know whether I have exceeded the size limit, but if the image is only 335k, that seems unlikely. Is there a way to increase the limit? The maximum file size you can upload is controlled by 2 settings in your PHP config. How you change these settings and even if you allowed to is controlled by your host though. * The settings are `post_max_size` and `upload_max_filesize`.
