 * I just installed the new version of wordpress.
    Whenever I am trying to install
   a plugin, I get this messege
 * kPicasa Gallery requires PHP version 5 or greater. You are running PHP version
   4.4.9
 * Not sure where the problem is.
 * Can someone help me figure this out.
