   We have worked intensively on a solution. The problem has been resolved.
 * The error occurred during an AI request from Neo Alt to generate alt text automatically.
   There was a temporary disruption affecting the AI service used by Neo Alt.
 * The Cloudflare message made it appear as though the error had been caused by 
   your website’s server. However, the cause was related to the Neo Alt service.
   You should therefore not need to make any changes to your WordPress installation
   or Cloudflare configuration.
 * The service is fully available again. Please try the same action once more and
   let us know whether everything is now working as expected.
 * We will also improve the error handling in our next scheduled update in October.
   Neo Alt will provide clearer and more informative messages for similar service
   disruptions, making it easier to identify the cause.
 * If the error occurs again, please let us know:
    - the exact time of the attempt, including your time zone,
    - whether it occurs with a single image or during bulk processing,
    - which version of Neo Alt you are using.
