Getting all posts from a custom term, from a custom taxonomy

Hi,

I have a custom post type which uses a custom taxonomy with custom categories/terms. The custom taxonomy is called ‘directories’ and I have multiple terms in the taxonomy.

I am trying to find a way that, when one of the term links is clicked, it goes to a page that lists all the posts assigned to that custom term.

Is this possible? Any help much appreciated!
