[eShop] Getting a random PayPal error with eShop
I really hope someone can help, this is incredibly frustrating!
We’ve installed the latest version of eShop on our magazine’s WordPress site, opened the pre-ordering process, and found that while half of our customers have been able to purchase the product successfully, the other half have been met with the error “Sorry, an error occurred after you clicked on the last link” after proceeding to the PayPal site.
It seems to be quite random: to give you some idea, we’ve had 241 successful orders and 204 failed attempts. However, those that have got the error keep getting it when they try again. Also, someone told me he was unable to order using Internet Explorer but had no problems with Firefox.
We’ve got a Premium PayPal account, which I understand is more than sufficient.
We’re losing hundreds of potential customers. Please help!
