• Hey there!
I have both Qty and AJAX Cart AutoUpdate installed and I’m loving them.
Thank you so much for creating such amazing tools!

Unfortunately I’m having a problem on my cart page. The “-“ button works fine, but the “+” doesn’t work. Every time I click it I get this on Chrome’s console:

Uncaught TypeError: d.getDecimals is not a function
        at HTMLButtonElement.<anonymous> (script.min.js?ver=1.1:3)
        at HTMLDocument.dispatch (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:3)
        at HTMLDocument.r.handle (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4-wp:3)

I can manually add numbers with no problem.
The plus and minus buttons work perfectly on the product page.
I’m using “Hello Elementor as a Theme”

    Thanks a lot again!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

sorry for the last answer, would it be possible to provide me a link with QIB and ACAU enabled where the problem can be reproduced? It looks like there is some problem with handling decimal values but not coming directly from these 2 plugins.

    Best regards,

    Ryszard

    Hey Taisho,

No worries at all! I understand you might be super busy!

Yes, if you add any product to your cart from https://damdominici.com/template-cleanup-v1x3/online-store you will go straight to the checkout. From there, on the upper menu you’ll find the “Cart” option. Once you’re on the cart you’ll be able to see the “-“ works perfectly but not the “+”.

Thank you so much for all your help! 🙏🏻

If there’s anything else I can do to help, please let me know!

I wish you a great day!

I’ve investigated that there are hidden quantity buttons of Woolementor plugin. Unfortunately, while QIB managed to hide the buttons, Woolementor also adds a container with CSS, so neither of the plugins works correctly at this point. The troublesome function is a part of quantity buttons jQuery script from Woolementor and I suspect that the console error only happens because of incompatibility with QIB.

I opened a thread here, hopefully we will have an answer soon:
