 * I use WP Engine. Your plugin works fine on their staging environment, but when
   I push it to the live environment, I get a 500 error when calling the PHP file:

 * It’s definitely there.
 * Appreciate your help.

 * Hi [@planetpob](https://wordpress.org/support/users/planetpob/)
 * The same problem has been reported here: [http://wordpress.org/support/topic/pop-ups-work-in-staging-but-not-production?replies=7](http://wordpress.org/support/topic/pop-ups-work-in-staging-but-not-production?replies=7)
 * It sounds like a problem at wpengine, have you spoken to them about the issue
   yet?
