We received a notification that our customers were getting a 500 error after filling out the contact form on the website. We use Gravity Forms for our contact forms. I disabled this plug-in, and the 500 error goes away..

Here’s what’s in the error log:
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Exception: The message is not valid because it contains no message or html field. in **hidden**/wp-content/plugins/wp-mail-logging/src/WPML_MailExtractor.php:37

Any idea what’s causing this error? We recently updated to the latest version.

    Thanks

Somehow the mechanism for sending mails by gravity forms doesn’t set the message properly. I’m using an older version of gravity forms myself without problems. Since I don’t have access to the latest gf version and don’t know the configuration I can’t reproduce it.

Thank you for your comments. Unfortunately have to uninstall the plug-in due to incompatibility with the latest version of GF.
