    Hello @kamlesh0357,

    I’m sorry that you’re having troubles. I noticed that your Simply Schedule Appointments version is quite out of date. Can you please try updating to the latest version (currently 1.2.6.1) to see if that fixes this issue for you? We’ve released lots and lots of bug fixes since the version that you’re using. 🙂

    Please update and let us know if you’re still having troubles.

    Hi @kamlesh0357 if you add this to the top of your wp-config.php file:
    define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);
    define(‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false);
    define(‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true);

    and try to repeat the error, then you will get more detailed information in a file: wp-content/debug.log. You can email that info to us at support@simplyscheduleappointments.com

    In general, modifying the plugin directly is problematic and we’re releasing new features and bug fixes all the time, so you’ll want to be on the latest version because we can’t support older versions well.

    Many times, there are ways to implement customizations without modifying the files themselves. If you let us know what you’re trying to accomplish, we’ll try to point you in the right direction.

    Thanks,
    Nathan

    Thanks, I recognize this error. It’s a bug we fixed in an update, so you’ll need to update in order to prevent that happening in the future.

    In order to fix the issue now (where you can’t book an appointment), you’ll need to cancel upcoming appointments. One of those upcoming appointments is causing this error. If you have test appointments you’ve booked, please cancel them and see if you’re able to book appointments again. I’ll follow up over email as well

    Thanks,
    Nathan
