Getting 500 error when trying to edit product

    Hi, I am getting 500 errors and critical error messages when trying to edit a product where I added Radio Buttons variations. (I am testing the free version at first before buying the PRO). I tried sending a Pre-purchase ticket from your website, but kept getting capcha error several times and gave up trying).

    Is this plugin compatible with Divi Builder?

    Could you please email the debug log directly to the 1TeamSoftware support team? This will allow us to review it privately without exposing any sensitive information publicly, and we’ll be able to assist you more effectively.

    Regarding Divi Builder, we haven’t specifically tested the plugin with Divi. However, since the plugin replaces the native WooCommerce shipping element, it should function independently of the page builder and not be affected by it.

    Please let us know once you’ve sent the log, and we’ll be happy to take a closer look.
