Me too – in setting go to Permalinks and try different ones.
The one that worked for me was the basic on that listed post numbers.
That might get you going.
Kenny
What permalink settings are you guys using?
The only permalink that works is the “plain” one eg http://www.xxxx.com/?p=123
However, when I visit the page the URL shows the title http://www.xxxx.com/?event=s2-test – not the pageID – but the page does show. 🙂
The confusing thing is that although the permalink of the “About” page shows it’s page_id as you would expect (eg /?page_id=147)
I would REALLY prefer to use post names rather than post ID
I tried using post name, but still issue persists.
I tried deactivating plugins, but still no changes. Iam getting a page with header and footer.
Before it was working perfectly, but now I couldn’t able to see the page even.
Any suggestions?
Post template settings is getting overrides the plugin settings. Could you please guide me in resolving it?
Are your permalinks working correctly for other parts of your site?
@durgaanand Can you explain a bit more about what’s happening? Feel free to link to a screenshot if it will help.
@durgaanand
did you try what I did and select the “plain” permalink that is based on the postid, not postname?
its not so pretty bu it works
I have the exact same issue. Changing permalinks didn’t change the 404 error message.
@domokun Can you open a new thread for your issue? It may not be related to the original question. Thanks.
