Support » Plugin: JDs Portfolio » Gets the job done! a few improvements would make it better

  • This is a great plugin, and best of all it’s free! All you need to do after installing is create “Portfolios” and add a feature image in each of the portfolio (this is the image that will show up). For filtering, all you need is adding the “Portfolio Categories” and it’ll be ready to go. One final piece of information is you need to add the shortcode [JDs_portfolio] into the page/post you want this gallery.

I’ve tried a few other plugins and this one worked like a charm, the only issue I had was that when I’m on mobile, my primary menu stops working. I’ve deactivated this plugin and the menu will work again.

I’m hoping the author can provide a fix or else I might have to look for something else as a working mobile site is super important nowadays with all the mobile users.

Other than this issue, a nice to have feature would be allowing people to specify how they want their portfolio to be sorted, currently they are sorted by creation date.
