get_browser_version on IE8 returns "7.0"

Hi,

Thank you for this useful plugin.

I try get_browser_version function on 2.2.1. and it returns “7.0” on the browser IE8(windows7). IE10, IE9 and IE7 return each of correct versions but only IE8 returns “7.0”.

I don’t know why this happens, any idea?
