GET to /wp-admin/media-upload.php not supported

    I’m having trouble with the media uploader on a server. When my friend tries to upload an image, she gets a 404 error, or the following error message:

    [ Moderator note: instead of pre use the backtick or code button. ]

    GET to /wp-admin/media-upload.php not supported

    On the other hand, I have no problem uploading images from my end. (We have different IP ranges)

    I suspect that this is a server issue, so I created a brand new site on a subdomain. There are no plugins and the site is using the default Twenty Eleven theme. My friend and I are getting the same results.

    Any pointers on how to fix this would be much appreciated.
