# get sidebar ()

 * I am using the twentyeleven theme and have created a custom page with the page
   of posts code that I found on the support forum for adding a page of selected
   posts. The code is as follows:

 * My problem is that I add the get_sidebar () function to the pageofposts.php and
   it places the sidebar after the posts near the bottom of the page. I’m assuming
   my posts display too wide, but I don’t know how to fix this. Help!

 * Do not edit the Twenty Eleven theme. It is the default WordPress theme and having
   access to an **unedited** version of the theme is vital when dealing with a range
   of site issues. First [create a child theme for your changes](http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes).
