get paid to give expertise answers

I’m researching but cannot find anything on this topic. I would like to offer the possibility to my website users to get paid if they comment/answers to other users questions. Maybe something that can be integrated in my Q&A system, or a selfhosted system… I have no idea where to start looking at. As anyone already had this matter in their drawers?
