• Basically long story short this plugin is a teaser and you’re almost forced to buy the PMPro Plus to even have a functional membership site.

For the cost to be about two-hundred bucks I’ll pass.

I understand that the devs need to make money, but the plugin is not very useful from the free version side.

UPDATE: We have adjusted our review because the plugin is FREE but doesn’t really work for us.

If you’re having trouble using Paid Memberships Pro, you can be more specific about the issues you are running into and we’ll be able to learn from that to make things better and easier to use.

It’s absolutely not true that this plugin is a “teaser” or that we limit the core version of the plugin in order to make money.

The version of PMPro in the wordpress.org repository is the full version of the plugin.

Some functionality is contained in addons, all of which can be found for free in the .org repository here or on GitHub.com.

100% of our code in the core plugin and addons are available for free online.

If this is news to you, perhaps there is something we can do make it more clear. If this changes how you are able to use Paid Memberships Pro, consider changing your review.

I created a full time income with the free version. I have just recently upgraded because I would like to use the automation tools.

Sorry we tried again and still the plugin is so hard to understand.

Just to get support or understand the shortcodes a person needs to signup to your site.

This plugin may work for some but we found it too hard to get started and too many hoops to jump through.

It is a good plugin, just not for us.

We did adjust our rating because the developer did take the time to create a free plugin.
