# Get off wordpress app

 * Hello,
    Does anyone know a way to have their posts not show up in the wordpress
   app? I have tried adding the excerpt block in my posts to limit what shows up
   in the app so that users have to go to my page to view it, but it didn’t work.
   I would love it if I didn’t show up in the app at all and disallowed users to
   follow me using wordpress. The reason for this is I’m running ads on my website,
   but I found users can view my site through the app ad-free. Any help will be 
   much appreciated. Thank you so much!

 * I don’t know if the APP uses XML-RPC or RSS, but you could turn off both without
   serious issue. Check these out:
