# Get no E-Mail

 * Hi,
 * thanks, your plugin looks great.
    But I have a problem: I don’t get any confirmation
   e-mails. The frontend says “Thanks for your subscription”, but there is no e-
   mail in my inbox. How can I configure this?
 * BTW: Where can I find German translation for the texts input field and on the
   button?

 * Hmm, you should be getting confirmation emails. I have tested this and when a
   user signs up, and confirms the email, you should get an email showing that you
   have a new subscribe.
 * As for the German translations, I need a translator! Do you want to help me out!?

 * Ok, now it works. I don’t know why – I think some subscribe2 configuration changes.
