I get an error message “This doesn’t look right,” when I upload my xml file.

I have validated the xml file and no errors there. What can be wrong?

Is there a way to post the xml file for anyone to download and troubleshoot?

Hi @fox32,

You can fix that by manually selecting the “vehicle” element on step 2 of the import.

Hi and thanks for your reply.

I tried that but only one vehicle is imported that way. (there are 4 vehicles in the xml)

Do you have a clue why that is?

Trying to bump this thread though I can’t seem to solve this issue. Anyone got an Idea?

Hi @fox32,

My apologies, I missed this. Please replicate the issue on a sandbox site at http://www.wpallimport.com/debug/, then send us a support request via http://www.wpallimport.com/support/ and include the sandbox site URL. We’ll have to check the import to understand why it only imports 1 vehicle.
