Get email “Warning!” despite following Mailchimp setup instructions

    I followed the instructions for Mailchimp “seamless integration”: https://mailoptin.io/article/connect-mailoptin-with-mailchimp/ but am still receiving the emails with the subject:

    Warning! “Subscribe For Latest Updates” Optin Campaign Is Not Working

    The only other “help” I get from wp-admin regarding Mail OptIn is to consider going premium and paying for support (?). Please advise?
