 * Hi, I am currently running a very basic website for my local football club. I
   would like to know of any way to grab data from our league website so that I 
   can automatically update league tables, results and fixtures on my own site.
 * Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

 * Does your league website offer any way to get data (XML, JSON)? It’s almost certainly
   a “yes” though I suspect some siginficant programming may be required.
