Get currently active discount rules in template

Hi! I’m building a website that uses the ‘buy more than one and receive X% off’ discount rule.

Is there any way to get that discount rule in my template? I’m creating a shortcode for the client to display the product price and I want to keep the current discount percentage in mind when displaying the price, so that my users dont have to change the discount percentage manually, but it can just read the currently active discount from like a function or something. Are there any template tags / functions available that I can call?
