Get counter on homepage ( = post overview page)

Hi,

The counter works like a charm on the blog page self, however i want to show it on the homepage at every post also. My homepage is setup as a post-overview-page and i want the counter to show up at primary-post-meta (next to publish date, amount reactions and so on.)

I am using Astra, and Gutentor (not Gutenberg) as plugin for building the pages.

Googled already but i’m not that good in code. I do already have a child theme setup etc and am able to work on my host.

Hope someone has te answer. Much appreciate.
