Get calc to work in a model window

I’m using your latest Simple Affordability Calculator — and it works fine in a post or as a widget. I’m trying to get it to work within a popup/modal window with the ‘Anything Popup’ plugin (http://wordpress.org/plugins/anything-popup/)

Other shortcodes work fine in that plugin, but the modal window is just displaying the short code from your plugin. Any ideas on troubleshooting?

I’m also using ‘Use Shortcode in Sidebar Widget’ (http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/use-shortcodes-in-sidebar-widgets) to recognize and use the shortcode.

I understand this is a free plugin, and I do appreciate your assistance. If you offer a paid support option, I’ll gladly pay.
