Get a link to open in new page instead of iframe

My page (jacksmannequin.org) is in an iframe, and if you goto comments, and click on someones name, their link opens in an iframe. I’d like to add after the “link”, a target=”_blank” to all people’s links. Is there a way to do that? Thanks!
