GET 403 forbidden with maps.googleapis.com

Hi, i installed WP 4.2.2 + UserMap 1.2.2.
When I test the map (button “usermap for register user”) and check live HTTP headers (Chrome plugin), I can see forbidden errors 403. Is it normal ?
