@diana_burduja i installed the newest version (it was a first cleaninstall yesterday in a stagesession), it was at version: 2.3

Germanized newest version, theme is flatsome with newest version and wordpress is up-to-date at 5.2.2

-I tested your plugin with version 2.2 from 06/06/2019 too, but the bug is here too
Would you add the following line to your child theme’s functions.php file:
remove_action( 'wpmc-woocommerce_order_review', 'woocommerce_gzd_template_render_checkout_checkboxes', 10 );
Let me know if this removes the checkbox before the order review table.
