Hi, sure. I’ll summarize what I’ve read there:
– You can’t open the customizer if you have Adsense on with “Advanced Ads – Ad Manager & AdSense”
– You were working through several console errors
– Your console seems to point to a Jetpack connection error
– Their support sent you here
I doubt that fixing our connection error will solve the customizer problem you’re facing. You could test that by temporarily disabling Jetpack. But, fixing this issue will help Jetpack work better!
I tested your site and found it’s timing out, like the second error message listed here:

Most commonly, asking your host to change the PHP_FCGI_CHILDREN setting to 2 will solve this issue.
Once you’ve done that, could you update us here with your result?

okay , so as our hosting is good with xml rpc , have the customer share the same to plugin devloper and ask the reports on what basis the plugin dev is claiming xml rpc is not working and then based on that we can work
because as i shared in link , we clearly have it working on our host !
XML-RPC can be blocked at the server level, before PHP even executes, that’s actually most common.
Our system is hitting a timeout when we try to access https://www.perfectbodytips.de/xmlrpc.php
As your host should know, there is no further information available to us on a timeout, it’s simply the server refusing to respond.
This could be an intentional (and overzealous) security block, a server miscommunication, or lack of available server resources, but there’s no way for us to know anything beyond our inability to reach your site due to a timeout.
i sent that to my host and they say that everything seem to be working and that this problem doesnt concerns them. I hope you can tell me what i should do next because I’m really desperate and I do not know what to do.
Sorry for jumping into this thread. Since it mentions that there is an issue with AdSense and Customizer and my Advanced Ads plugin is installed, my update might help.
AdSense started to break Customizer and Elementor some time ago. It happened whether a plugin was used to place AdSense ads or not. The last update of Advanced Ads (v. 1.14.8) now replaces AdSense ads while using Customizer or the Elementor page builder.
