Gerard went beyond the call of duty

My shared hosting site was crashed by the hosting site tech support while trying to install and initiate my SSL certificate. I could no longer get to the WordPress dashboard. Gerard quickly and efficiently communicated with me what he needed and was able to access the database (which the tech support at the hosting site did not have the skills to do) and fixed the problem so that I am able to access the Dashboard. This was way beyond the call of duty and I am greatly appreciative.
