my currency switcher is not geolocating at all. would like it to charge Canadian dollars for Canadian customers and US dollars for US and rest of world but it is always charging Canadian dollars. I have updated plugin, tried to modify settings, and so on. I do use StoreLocator Plus for loaction search but not sure if this could be interfering.

Please advise some problem shooting I could try. I have little programming ability.

Also – in case there is some fundamental issue, is it possible to tell Currency Switcher to charge currency based on Billing / Shipping address? Ie. US and Rest of World in US dollars and Canada in Canadian dollars.

Also – in case there is some fundamental issue, is it possible to tell Currency Switcher to charge currency based on Billing / Shipping address? – no, only using rate from the plugin settings

    Hi RealMag777

I ran this test in browsers I never use and it did not work. It always defaults to Canada and Canadian Dollars. So I tried to clear all history and cookies and did again and still defaults to Canada. Should I be trying with IP blocker too?

I did however change default currency and that changed the currency to USD when going to Paypal.

    Suggestion?

    Hello

Last idea – any conflict in plugins, try test with woo+woocs only, in geo rules set JPY for Spain (for test) and drop me link here …

Hello. Really, I see USD. It can be conflict, I recheck all functionality after update to woo 2.5 – works. What is you country? I want to set it on my demo for test

We are in Canada but also do business in US so I’d like CAD pricing for Canada and USD for US and the rest of the world if people order from anywhere else.

http://demo.currency-switcher.com/ – try it, I just set JPY for Canada, for experiment. Try it in the browser you not looked this site before …

yes i see it is working on demo.currency-switcher.com but how does this relate to my site? sorry maybe not understanding – I just did same test on my website and it still sends a CAD invoice to Paypal.

I just did same test on my website and it still sends a CAD invoice to Paypal. – sorry, not understood you at all – we were talking about geo-location, not about invoice.

That was test, so smth wrong with relation woocs and another code on your site. Try next:
    * https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ – make clone of the site by this plugin
    * disable all plugins there except woocs+woo + try it with default theme – in such way you will find which doesn’t allow normal work of the plugin …
