Geolocation Not Pre-filling Country for Local Customers in Checkout and Cart

We have set the Default Customer Location to Geolocate in our WooCommerce store, and it is successfully detecting customers from outside the country. However, we have noticed that for customers located within the same country as our store’s base location, the geolocation feature is not automatically filling in the country field during shipping calculations on the cart and checkout pages.
Here are the details of the issue:
- For international customers, the geolocation correctly detects the country and applies the appropriate settings for shipping.
- For local customers (those within the store’s base country), the country field is not pre-filled, requiring users to manually select it for shipping calculations.
We would like to understand if this is the expected behavior for WooCommerce Geolocation. Is there any way to configure geolocation so that local users (within the store’s base country) also have their country automatically detected and pre-filled in the shipping fields?
Could you provide guidance on whether any settings need to be adjusted or if this requires a custom solution?Thank you for your assistance.
