    This used to work absolutely fine and out of nowhere the autolocator isn’t capable of getting the user’s location anymore when they click the pink button. What could be causing this? No changes were made to the plugin or the google maps API as far as I know!

    Hello @charlotteoswald,

    I apologize for the delay in reply.

    Looking at your site, the auto-locator seems to be working now.

    Have you managed to correct the issue?

    Hello, no the issue was not resolved. This just happened out of nowhere – when I try to click on the button, it just says the request timed out. When visiting, are you able to get the your location on this page? https://myhabibi.ae/all-habibies/

    @charlotteoswald,

    I don’t get the error message that you mentioned. When I click the button, GEO my WP’s does get my current location.

    However, it is impossible to proceed with submitting the form or typing in anything in any of its fields. When trying to type in I get the error “You must be logged in to swipe!”. So there might be some conflict with the theme or another plugin.

    The error message “The request timed out” usually shows up when the location is unavailable or when the connection is too slow and it times out before the plugin able to retrieve the location.
