 * Hey folks,
 * I installed the plugin [Geolocation](http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/geolocation/)
   on my blog. And I would like to geotag my posts. The geotagging is no problem
   at all and the information is stored as custom fields.
 * Now I would like to display the coordinates below the post title and also to
   link it to GoogleMaps.
 * For Example:
    Fish and chips in London [Blog Title] Coordinates [51.560851, -0.188141](https://maps.google.com/maps?q=51.560851,-0.188141)[
   Coordinates retrieved from the custom fields]
 * So how do I implement this in my theme? My php-skills are unfortunately quite
   limited and so I would appreciate some suggestions for this.
 * I’m using a modified version of Twentyeleven and my blog looks like [this](http://www.balluff-transnational.eu/).
 * Thanks in advance!
