Geolocalitation dissapeared

    Hi, we are facing a huge problem, from a day to other, when someone publishes a job offer, the geolocalitation has dissapeared from job posts, not on the olds published, only in the new ones. We truned off all plugings and tested and didn´t work. We fixed and optimized the DB, but didn´t work. The meta_key job_location is there, but seems not working as for example some companies have written us to tell that their job offers are appearing in for example Valencia instead of Madrid, so this is creating us huge problems. Is there a way for fixing this? We have being using the plugin for about 7 years and this didn´t happen before. Our google maps key is well included, so we don´t know what else to do.

    Thanks in advance for any help, we are really worried.

    Hi @ibiza69 !

    When you add a job post (from the site frontend) geocoding fields should be added to job post and should be visible in WP-Admin as described here: https://wpjobmanager.com/document/geocoding-with-googles-maps-api/

    Are these fields missing for you?

    Are you using any other plugins that use Google geolocation?

    Hi @bindlegirl, we have being using the plugin for 7 years with no problem, but the geolocalization dissapeared completly, we have the job_location well, as we didn´t touch or edit anything in all this time, it worked really well, but now, it just doesn’t create the job_localtion geolocation at all. Any idea how we could fix this, is very important for us. We had check that URL before, we have all well as explained there :S

    WE are not using any other plugin like google geolocation.
    We use the paid plugin WordPress Job Manager Fiedl Editor, we spoke with plugin developer too and said that this field job_localtion is from WPJM, so that we had to speak with plugin developers…. :S

    Hi @ibiza69 !

    Have you checked your Google API key in the Google dashboard? Do you see any errors in the Google dashboard when you try adding a job? You should see all requests and any errors like this: https://d.pr/i/JDGq06

    Thanks once more @bindlegirl, we had no errors there, but we have errors at Google
    rich results test, as they are all missing (job_localtion, etc…).

    We deactivated all plugins, incluiding WPJM and WPJM Field Editor, all of them and then only activated 1st WPJM and after WPJM Field Editor, and nothing, we can´t get with this back. Eeven we checked thru every table and option at DB and they where all correct, no problems found there.

    Hopefully you can give us a hand on solving it, as when went thru everything or if there is maybe a functions code to add, to tell the plugin to use it :S
