Geo Targeting Affiliate Plugin

I run a Tech Blog at http://www.akshatblog.com/ where i write about PC hardware components, smartphones and other gadgets. I use amazon India affiliate program but i get US visitors too and i want to target them too using amazon US affiliate program. So i need a good geo targeting affiliate link cloaker plugin for this (can be paid). Please recommend me the best one. Thanks.
