# Geo IP issues

 * I have an issue after activating the Geo IP plugin.
 * Am running WooCommerce and on the Checkout page, the address details function
   fields – eg. select country, state, age are not properly loading with the drop
   down or select options.
 * Believe that these run on jQuery and so in the first instance am wondering if
   anyone has experienced a similar event and can advise on a solution?

 * Hi,
 * What version number are you running, of WooCommerce and of this plugin?
 * When you say they’re “not properly loading”, what is it that you’re seeing? A
   screenshot would help.
 * Also – what is the “age” field?

 * Oops – looks like a false alarm!
 * My post was based on what happened last week and having just re-activated GeoIP
   Detection in order to take some screenshots, I was pleasantly surprised to see
   that the issue is no longer apparent.
 * So with apologies and thanks for your time, I will mark this as resolved and 
   monitor the situation from here with the plugin left activated.
