Can you check on Directory Admin->Manage Form Fields and check to see that the Business Genre field is set to display in the Excerpt or not? That’s what controls the visibility, maybe it got flipped somewhere along the way…?
Yes, I have checked the Manage Form Fields and the Business Genre is set to display. (Display this value in post excerpt view is checked). Also, I have deactivated plugins to see if it is at all affected by another plugin, with no luck.
Another thing that I noticed was that when View Listings is clicked, I have two excerpts showing for each business.
I have tried everything that I can think of and have run out of ideas as of this moment.

Are you running WP Super Cache or other caching plugins? Have you tried eliminating a theme conflict as well?
Business names not displaying on main excerpt.
I can see Location and phone # as set on Directory Admin->Manage Form Fields and set to display in the Excerpt.

So, you mentioned that Business Names aren’t displaying, but you didn’t say what that field’s settings were under Manage Form Fields, as that would be the relevant question.
Is Business Name set to display in Excerpt or not?
