• Hi,
I have on a site the woocommerce Print Invoices and Packlists (PIP) extension installed. On the site I have a custom made genesis childtheme (based on sample genesis theme). Evernything is working fine except one thing. And that last thing is hard to get what is making the problem.
I can print, without problem, a single invoice, made with a custom template invoice, situated in the themefolder/woocommerce/woocommerce-pip folder.
But the PIP plugin also has the oppurtunity to print bulk invoices and here is the problem.
If I put the template file in the theme folder, there is no page-break and the next invoice is printed directly after the first invoice, so on the same page. The problem is still there if I put the original file in the theme folder, so the problem is not the custom template. The problem is solved if I remove the file from the theme folder, so with the original file in the woocommerce pip plugin folder AND a genesis theme is working fine.
The problem is still there if I remove everything from the theme folder except the template file from WooCommerce-PIP. The problem is also there if I deactivate all the plugins except WooCommerce and WooCOmmerce PIP.
So I wrote to WooCommerce Support, but since everything is working fine when i put the template file in the twenty theme folder, they direct me to StudioPress. And since the problem is with WooCommerce, they redirect me to Genesis Connect WooCommerce.
I don’t know where to look anymore, since the problem only occurs when I put the template file in the theme folder.

In theory I can’t see any reason why the GCW plugin should affect the PIP extension and lead to the issue you are experiencing. Are you absolutely sure that you have created your PIP custom bulk invoicing template correctly? Also, please clarify, where exactly are you placing this template?

The template file is good. I have placed it in the plugin folder and everything was working fine. The problem occurs as soon as I put the template file (no mather if it is the original one or the custom one) in the theme folder. The correct place should be in the woocommerce-pip folder in the woocommerce folder in the theme folder. And that is where it is. os wp-content/childtheme/woocommerce/woocommerce-pip/templatefile.
Things are working fine if I put the templatefile in the same folder construction in the twentytwelve theme.I really tried all kind of options. Don’t know if it is the GCW plugin.. but it is woocommerce/genesis
So my hopes are on you.
