Appearance> Customize Screen Won't Load Properly

I recently installed the Genesis framework along with the Parallax Pro theme on my blog. I am trying to customize the static homepage. Whenever I try to add background images under Appearance > Customize I get a weird page that loads. I have included a screenshot of the page that loads.

Is something wrong with my current wordpress install?
